It pays to belong to a writing group; at least,for me, it works. Not only the discipline of turning up with critiques done on time, but also the motivation of hearing of other's progress, writers struggling to accommodate work, family, friends, in order to have writing time.
Two in the group have recently completed the novel they were working on when the group startd up at The Creative Hub last year. Shauna Bickley's second novel 'Lives Interrupted' is now available on Amazon and you can read my review of it.
Tui Allen's 'Ripple' is also available on Amazon and is receiving quite a bit of attention from around the world. I am inspired to persevere with my writing.
